We aim to despatch all goods within 2-3 working days, you will be informed if an item is unavailable with the option to cancel your order or wait for the items to become available

In the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) for goods returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging

We would recommend a recorded delivery service as a refund will not be offered if the goods are lost in transit.

All damaged items need to be returned; at no extra cost to you and a replacement will be sent
